Delusher, uninvited, ominously lists her enemies—Berjer Fendênus, Notoholis, Compunêu Trade Consortium, Moltôlboc, and Boboru—predicting assassination attempts, yet denies Nicôdî tû Dêidontâ’s hostility. Poleen, suspecting Delusher’s candor but questioning his motives, trusts tû Dêidontâ as her only Gorô ally. With Âvorê and Rostlilê, she braces for the gala’s climax, aiming to expose Ezeldu’s killers, secure the Written Jewels, and gain Notoholis access, advancing her vengeance against Nedrich nâ Hilêômbrâ and Fendênus while aligning with Kontzûl Emerotô’s yostul ambitions, as the Compunêu and others loom.
