Negotiating with a fabricated tale of the Smiling Men’s interest, Solineus secures a deal for a future harvest grown among sugarcane fields, leveraging a Mulshahar writ and threats to outmaneuver Infoduhû’s ties to the Compunêu Trade Consortium. Returning to the Silver Willow, Solineus provides Polênu with the field’s location, only to learn her true intent: to burn the crop, disrupting the Boboru’s control and Infoduhû’s betrayal, as he remained their agent.
