In Skywatch, Ieru joins Eliles in using prayers to Elinwe to traverse the stars and view distant allies: Rinold riding across unnamed plains beyond the Dragonspan Mountains and Rigendôur forest; Meliu, now High Priestess at Tomarok pyramid in Endelêun; Solineus training warriors near the Parapet Straits and Eleris; and the ghostly soul of Master Dareun atop a building in demon-haunted Istinjoln Monastery. Spying on Ivin Choerkin in Choerkin Keep, they witness his furious outburst at an unseen presence. Eliles departs suddenly, leaving Ieru in the present stars, inspiring her to explore the island alone.
