Ivin, Solineus, Meliu, Lelishen, and clan-blood meet Duke Ovrin Hermed, who, wary of the Rot, initially mistakes a decoy for the duke. Ivin offers the Ar-Bdein sword for safe passage, but Ovrin demands Solineus’ Twins.
